April 2023
During my sophomore spring studio—Designing for Settings, People, and Use—I collaborated with my classmates, Sean Evans and Madison Kudrik, on a four-month project sponsored by TestedHQ. Together, we designed an app and website that connects users with maintenance workers. Our design process included a research phase, extensive ideation, and multiple critiques, which culminated in a presentation of our final prototypes to TestedHQ personnel. Focusing on two distinct personas and user flows, our key aim was to design a seamless experience for both of them. One of the most valuable lessons I learned from conducting this project was the importance of staying flexible and open to change, as it’s often necessary to pivot and refine ideas mid-process to achieve effective outcomes.
Below is a showcase of my project deliverables. Please read more about my process here.
